PROSPECT: IFT: Infrastructure Bonds New Offer Maturing 15 Nov 2019
Infratil advises that it has registered a Simplified Disclosure Prospectus
for an offer of unsecured unsubordinated Infrastructure Bonds maturing 15
November 2019, which carry a coupon of 6.75% per annum.
The Offer will open on or around 23 December 2013, and the Simplified
Disclosure Prospectus will be available free of charge on Infratil's website
www.infratil.com/for-investors/bonds/ or from the managers.

A copy of the Simplified Disclosure Prospectus is also filed on the public
register at the Companies Office and is available for public inspection
(including at www.business.govt.nz/companies). The minimum application is
amount is $5,000 and multiples of $1,000 thereafter.
Application has been made to NZX for permission to quote the Infrastructure
Bonds on the NZX Debt Market and all the requirements of NZX relating thereto
that can be complied with on or before the date of this announcement have
been duly complied with. However, NZX accepts no responsibility for any
