Important to add something that a few estimates today have overlooked.
The company plans to maintain a cash balance UP TO US$50M following the deal.
The company is currently sitting on about A$24 Million (US$17M).
Meaning the company will be keeping UP TO US$33M from proceeds of this deal, given their current cash balance (Not keeping $50M as most estimates have included).
I am staggard that management did a CR recently given what has transpired the past 24hrs...... in hindsight it seems the CR was a wasted exercise.
