how is this a good deal for new entrants?
Can you step out your maths.
Eg. purchase today at 81c as an example
in 4 months get paid what will be roughly 90c as a dividend meaning you pay tax on the full amount not just the difference between 80-90c.
so now your $81,000 invested you get $90k returned have to pay tax on the full amount......and retain shares in a shell company that will be worth 16c, which if you sell would recognize a large capital loss?
im just trying to understand financially why anyone would buy the shares now given its being paid as a dividend and your shares arenty being acquired for X amount?
