I propose sell the company outright for $1.23 per share. Give away all non Arcadia assets for nothing. that would maximise my return and I wouldn't be left with a company which will have too much cash too many dreams and probably long term disappointment.
the company had told us nothing about the residual value of PSC post this deal. Management has never seen this much cash. Can we trust them to build value with it? I would rather sell it all now.
