I just don't see how they could be so incompetent that they sell a $1B+ project for less than what the current SP is once tax has been included into the equation.

Lots of speculation involved but it just makes no sense to shoot themselves in the foot like that because the directors themselves will also lose out MASSIVELY if thats the case

"Do we continue with this project and make billions over the coming years or essentially sell now at a loss?". I'm just trying to follow the thought process here.

Something just doesnt add up the way I am looking at it.
