Now that this is a binding deal & having had a signing ceremony done on Christmas eve , only subject to a shareholder vote, is there any legal reason why we can't be told the details of the other 6 failed bids ? Wouldn't it be only fair and transparent for shareholders to know these details before voting , & also know Sams concerns for not taking this project forward ? The only impression I got from Sam right up till the announcement 2 days before Christmas was that this was a proven (pilot plant) world class project , with 7 parties fighting to be a part of , & that we had a fantastic relationship with the Zimbabwean govt & had their full support .
I'll be writing to Sam in the coming days & will be interested in the response
