why would a counter offer be unlikely NOW?
because a counter wasn't made during Christmas a few days after the deal.
counter offers take weeks even months to put together.
setting up companies and trusts and transferring shares from an individual account to company or trust account on the other hand can be done much quicker if one wanted to do that.
clarifying some details can also be done quickly but directors don't wanna do that until their friends have loaded up.
why would a counter offer be unlikely NOW?because a counter...
