PROSPECT: XRO: Xero - ASX Listing - Replacement Prospectus
Attached is a replacement prospectus lodged with ASIC today following
feedback from ASIC during its standard exposure period on initial lodging of
the prospectus. ASIC had no material comments on the prospectus.
The replacement prospectus has been lodged in Australia solely as a technical
matter for Xero's proposed compliance listing on ASX.
Xero expects to be listed on the ASX within a few weeks.
