why not post the article for everyone too see instead of half quoting something from it I'm aware along with most other informed share holders of 1 court case against blanka peak resources which is about a breach of a confidentiality agreement which the board has already announced they are confident it won't go anywhere and is mentioned in the annual report you will find all relevant information in the announcements
