If you're a new entrant to EXR, or thinking about potentially investing here.....I strongly recommend watching this multiple times.
Even as a relatively (I'd like to think) informed mid term shareholder, this gives me frikkin goosebumps and I'll enjoy watching it again later with a decent 3 finger slug of Balvenie
We have a Board very well equipped to action a well defined playbook, led by NY who, in Steve's words "has persistence and dedication to the task"
The risk reward scenario is starting, slowly but surely, to favour the reward end of the spectrum.
Bring on 2021 !!!
