Also with our newest recruit Anna, we have hired her for her network and ability to entice product buyers. She's proven and knows the ins and outs of how to secure agreements. RC for sure knows the lay of the land himself, but Mongolia being an intricate place to make your way through, she will save alot if time.

Not to forget, Neil himself has done the hard yards there already. He has a presence. He has formed strong relationships and he is showing Mongolia that EXR has the team to bring this together without getting egg on the face of proud Mongolians. He will steer the team towards a sizeable transaction thats beneficial to all.

RC also slipped in OT. High potential for a domestic supply opportunity there. Far as I know they haven't moved far with their power security so there is huge adjacent potential.
