Reading into that it looks like it would've mattered what Marise had said, the path toward gas is being set as we speak, excellent news from EXR's position in Mongolia and hopefully there are talks happening with that new Rusky pipeline heading through as well. All falling into place over the next few years demand for gas and it's price will inevitably increase. What a great position we shareholders are in as we watch EXR evolve from a junior to hopefully a major gas supplier.
