You should know the SI6 as a company legacy work before wincing about only owning 50% of the assets. Pat Volpe is behind this deal, and has been with SI6 holding substantial shares for over a decade already. Pat isn't going anywhere. It's just 1 foot in the door but with many opportunities to make out of this for a long term investor.
We will be in Brazil for many more years to come.
