You're right Nursery - I call that perceived future value...or even perceived present value.
although: I had not considered the margin loan / leverage aspect. I don't do margin loans (but sometimes wish I had and sometimes glad I didn't!)
With today's announcement, IMO, the SP does not remotely represent the value of the resource in UK, let alone the pyrolosis project, and I put my hand in my pocket again this morning.......
