Hmmm! is this not an RTO. The Prospectus reads that way. Referring the past has no relevance. It seems to me that they have been granted permission by ASX for the RTO to occur under the old rules not the those announced in May 2016. The minimum investment is $2K not $5K. It may well be the last approved under the old rules.
