Now, who will be managing that sort of dough and how did they convince two companies (NOT W.A. ones!!) to fully underwrite over $6 million?? Someone must be impressed and know much more than what we can see. Maybe more OKAP suckers??? Total control by Pearl interests a near certainty. Is that how they got it??

For what it is worth, I understand that option holders can contact Anthony Eastman or Brett Mitchell if they want to be part of the "Priority Offer" IF there are any shares available.

An ex lawyer missing key Facts...BiG NOTE .. underwriting is conditional... on matters such as securing sufficient sub underwriting... hmmm. Wonder who that could be given they are raising $6m and paying themselves at least $1.5m minimum. .. not to mention issue of options in the money.
