Hi all, just seeing if anyone else has any thoughts on the reason for the CR to support 2.3m operating expenses? I was curious about this amount and reread the 1HY report and correct me if i am wrong, but from my understanding of the 1HY report there was 4.5m in the bank. Therefore, I'm just curious as to why so quickly to go to a CR so early in the 2HY period? Is there a significant cash burn coming? In these austere times, i think the SES management have made the right move to head back to plastic. I expect the traditional shopper will be looking at saving where possible and as we know the compostable material is significantly more expensive and may be overlooked by most, other than the true sustainability champions. The only question would be, is SES big enough to profitably compete with the titans of the traditional plastic bag manufacturers? It looks to be comforting that Mr. Haller is tipping in another 200k. Lets hope he is not playing the pokies and chasing his losses.
