    Much of the Top 20 is either directly associated with Gardner or are significant investors in other companies managed with Jay.
    They they had tried unsuccessfully to vend other acquisitions but covid spoiled it, and an experienced M&A focused Director joined not long ago. Surely that's still the focus despite the prospectus.
    Ruane is also there also and he's not stupid nor short of a dollar
    AND its only $1.5m as a min
    Surely they raised it. Didn't they?
