Looks like about the first week of Nov before they will be tradable .
They need to get as much of the price sensitive catalysts done asap to give them time to get the 4 cent options listed too before they expire .
Does not seem to cost a lot to list them as they already have been alloted and if they get in the money they will get a lot more converted if they can be traded .
