The are very good options on the table, one of which is to ring fence the business and roll Cape into a new listed vehicle.
Similar companies are doing very well, even new lists.
VDM shareholders could be given scrip in the new vehicle and cash raised to pursue a stronger cape with focused vision.
VDM drop the capex spends and refocus, Cape continues it's growth story with VDM shareholders taken along for the ride.
Options everywhere, sale at sub 35m should not be one of them!
