from my personal understanding, you will need to hold shares by 29/10 as that is the cut-off date. All shareholders who hold share by Ex-date are entitled for CPHO options with condition as below.
3 CPH units = 1 CPHO option
example:
if you hold 1000 CPH units, you will be given 333 CPHO units
CPHO option has no base price but only exercise price. Hence, I will assume if you exercised now(which is not worth the value) as each CPHO option is value at 0.25$/unit .
If referring the timetable below, CPHO option shall be issued to your account by 3/11 which is tomorrow. However, depends by your brokerage account, mine (SelfWealth) has issued these option to my account today.
