"Prospective investors should read the Prospectus in its entirety as the information contained in individual sections is not intended to, and does not, provide a comprehensive review of the business or financial affairs of the Company or the Shares and Options offered under the Prospectus."

Obviously they are referring to the sections on:
    fraud allegations,
    the CEO getting old,
    no value on assets,
    no control of assets,
the possibility Fortitude could be wound up and not be able to pay the receivable,
    shareholder discontent,
potential tax liabilities (if they unintentionally haven't paid the right tax),
    liquidity issues,
the use of technology that hasn't been tested,
the section on Velvogen only being a shelf company with no staff and no material assets,
the section saying the company believes the Velvogen financials are unreliable,
the fact Cityview is not a direct operator of resource projects,
the bit where they say the Velvogen Agreement may never be completed,
and the sections warning potential investors not to place any value whatsoever on the investments in EOL, Quest, Fortitude, the proposed refinery development or the discussions with the Cameroon government.

Please just gloss over these sections and read the prospectus in its entirety. You will see that the board is optimistic and happy with the progress of CityView to date.
