I'm with stand up - ASIC as showman says, need to have a watertight case - but some law should be introduced whereby they can use a swift response team to suspend the share pending enquiry.
That way, holders' money could have been better preserved and many of these placements wouldn't have happened.
Fluffy's RIP is pretty close to the mark, but of course we've known that for nearly a year now...
