    Who wrote it? CItyview? So it's effectively saying:

    we'll gladly tell you everything we're alleged to have done wrong because we have already passed a resolution to issue the new shares and the prospectus is just a formality. It is still our intention to carry on and milk every last dollar we can get out of this company.
