    Can anyone explain to me why CVI has never disclosed to the market of the investigative notices it has received from ASIC dating back to April 09?

    Furthermore, why hasn't ASIC requested CVI to be suspended from trading until those serious allegations have been throughly investigated.

    Why ASIC allowed CVI to continue to be traded is beyond me. These are allegations of fraud, misconduct of company officers, misleading statements by company etc etc...

    I cannot believe this...
