As per Novac's post, was my understanding that the current gas plant can't accomodate for any more then what they are currently putting through it.
i.e. already running at capacity, hence the new gas plant. I don't think the new gas plant is being built because they want to reduce the royalty payments. I believe thats a bi-product of them building the gas plant so they can actually go 'full bore'
