Are you sure about that? The way I read it if you held less than 10,000 notes and want to convert them then you had to convert the entire holding.

'A Noteholder will be entitled to convert all or part of all of the Notes held by that Noteholder, and if in part, subject to a minimum face value of $10,000 '

Seems pretty clear to me.
