It wouldn't bother me if the capital raising occurred at a higher price. I would be happy to participate because I can see the potential in the next 6-12 months.

From my experience, when companies do capital raise, they tend to release announcements to boost up the share price, so people will participate in the raising.

Hence I'm expecting quite a few positive announcements (eg SOL, Divan, PGAS) within the next month or two, and a much higher share price compared to today.
