Bas if you could support the claim with some substantiated evidence that gives rise to the mindset that currently permeates the throng. The intention is to reach some point where commentary is no longer considered misleading herewith.

That document mentions "with major operator Telekom Smartfren", and "completion of this POC and subsequent operator contract" . It also mentions the "ambitious targets" of Smartfren. This wording appears to imply that TV2U will be providing the ability for Smartfren to have "its own branded OTT TV service" which is at odds with how you appear to interpret the short quote you have posted.
