    I wouldn’t worry. I tried to point out that if your lymph node detecting agent fails to detect the lymph nodes because the lymphatics are blocked by cancer (as happened here) then it is pretty useless as a detection agent.
    I don’t know whether the guy is trolling or just really, really obtuse.
    Maybe that is the art of good trolling though.
