Yes I've done it - they picked up the phone immediately and agreed it should be done direct with Bob. They have just couriered over a first class ticket for me - I head to the States tomorrow - Bob has cleared his calendar to meet with me straight after I arrive. I expect we will have this all sorted by the end of the week. Great work bullshit007 - without your amazing advice and forward thinking strategies, this never would have happened.
