The 10 cent oppies shouldn't be an afterthought in any commentary on the sp being below the issue price - by 0.2 cps atm, it is theKEY point.

CVN is very much a high risk, high potential gambling stock atm. Imho the sp most probably will never rise above 10 cents, however there is still a substantial chance that it will rise above, and if so quite likely as a multi-bagger, therefore the oppies are worth much more than 0.2 cps, perhaps 10 times more imho.

Well worth taking up the rights imho even if that requires selling heads. Quite a few will be selling, or wanting to sell, heads atm in order to take up the rights. Let's see a sp closer to 5 cents before we agonise over lack of uptake.
