3 cents is the placement price given $10.5m is being issued there is a lot the churn through so IMO anything above that is value add for everyone that subscribes. I will be subscribing and likely voting yes. But I will hold final call until investor presentation.

Thus far I am happy with TSI deal and most of all the price I want to see them use this cash flow to build a business again after the last lot stripped the company and just left a shell. Would have preferred to get less capital return and the funds go towards buying TSI 12 months ago.

Anyone know what these guys have been paid cash since they came on board? Any one spoken to the new board? keen to get feedback!
