    Hi wondering if someone could answer a couple of stupid questions for me.

    I don't hold any RGX shares as yet, I am interested in the new direction the company is taking. Just wondering do I need to hold shares in RGX to take advantage of the upcoming CR?

    If I bought in at .5c the share offering doesn't apply unless I bought more at .8c?

    Sorry for the rookie questions, new at the game.
