Hahn, I'm with you on the new CEO. Breathing some new life into the dead horse, but now the Chairman MUST be changed to really freshen the joint.
But if you want to talk about blocking or real manipulation you need take a look at KLL. This is the real thing and has been going on for months. Here's an example of today yet again...only now they are trading around 50 shares at a time instead of the 7 or 8 previously.
