    - Ok so here is my first try to pick who we may be manufacturing products for as per the announcement 3rd Oct:

"Unilife has selected a small number of outsourcing projects where it will manufacture other types of specialist healthcare products such as an insulin pump device and a prefilled orthopaedic device under contract for preferred customers. Whilst Unilife cannot disclose for commercial purposes the names of the -- pharmaceutical -- and -- medical device -- companies that will be supplied these products, they are all considered to be global industry leaders".

    - After sifting through things I found this statement from our announcement dated 7th July:

"Since the completion of Unilife's acquisition of IBS, the Company has aggressively pursued opportunities for internal (organic) growth.
These organic-growth opportunities include the commercialisation of the Unilife Prefihled Syringe with our pharmaceutical partner and contracts for the production of medical devices on behalf of customers such as -- B.Braun -- and MedPro Safety Products".

    - So we know that the Medpro deal was not wanted as this was the company that wished to do the redom with us, but what I found interesting is the B.Braun comment. Here is a little about them:

"B. Braun supplies the global healthcare market with products for anesthesia, intensive medicine, cardiology, extra corporeal blood treatment and surgery, as well as services for hospitals, general practitioners and the homecare sector. Through dialogue with those who are using B. Braun´s products on a daily basis, the company is continually gaining new knowledge which it incorporates into product development. In this way, the company contributes with innovative products and services towards optimizing working procedures in hospitals and medical practices all over the world and improving safety – for patients, doctors and nursing staff.

Syringes are devices used by medical professionals to transfer liquid medications into or out of the body.
For nearly 40 years, B. Braun´s longtime experience has been satisfying customer needs in the field of precise injection and aspiration by following continuous innovation and intensive contact with medical practice.
Carefully selected and tested materials, without latex, combined with a fully automated, quality oriented and systematically controlled production process, result in products of superior quality and performance, symbolizing highest accuracy and precision.

With 35,000 employees in 50 countries, B. Braun achieved a turnover in 2007 of 3.57 billion euros".

    - My bet here is that this may have something to do with the Insulin Pump Device as the Prefilled Orthopaedic Device would have to have something to do with a pharma company not a medical device company, both of which were mentioned above. My guess only of course but it's interesting to me all the same. Does anyone know any different at all? Dino your play on the Orthopaedic Device would be much appreciated as to the role, needs and potential upside for a prefilled would be great. Thanks.
