Their only hope is an Innoventure deal, or less convincingly to many a CellHeal deal. They announced a $10mill fund with CellHeal last year prematurely.
Leong is clearly useless at raising capital in Singapore as others have pointed out. Suspect a lot of this is poorly executed attempts to tie the company over until deals, or a last swan dive. Who knows?
