I was a holder for many years and decided to sell as too many red flags. The tech itself is life changing and will be an absolute shame in the wrong hands. I have been eagerly eyeing this company for the IP behind it, hopefully they wake up and appoint a new board who can actually get stuff done.
With this entitlement offer the company is good as gone. Eventually this will go into admin unfortunately. Mr Leong who seems hopeless at cap raises certainly will not be able to find a PE buyout.
