Just read p80 about going concern. Or the fact they used $3.40-3.90 as the basis for working out the cashflows, the ones they didn't present anywhere.
It is disgusting that, that 112 page document could be considered a full prospectus when it does not mention anywhere any figures showing that the operation is feasible at all. No DFS, PFS BFS, nothing.
I actually hope ASIC reject the document for that exact reason. They should be made to show shareholders on what basis they are investing their money. Realistic numbers should be used to show that it can make a profit, but there is nothing in those 112 pages, except p80, which clearly states about getting early cash flows from the finished plant expected in January of 2016. Which is a bit rich to put in a document in February 2012.
P54 is clearly wrong where it claims the highest price the SP traded at in the prior 6 months was $1.70, when they haven't traded in over 6 months.
