Hmm, that is strange.
In the notice of meeting to vote on the placement to ERM we were told that shareholders would be able to participate in a Rights Issue on the same terms as the placement to ERM.
Now we are being told that we have to pay a higher price than ERM.
Placement to ERM: $0.00495075 iirc
Rights Issue: $0.005
Why is the rights issue not at $0.00495075?
