The options are good value to those that participate. They are free and only need to pay the 45c if the share price is significantly abou 45c making the conversion worthwhile. If something goes wrong with IMU then, of course, you simply do not spend a dime converting the options. In the period that we are under 45c the options will, I expect, be able to be sold for a value as determined by the market - maybe 10c to 20 c but that value will not be known until we get some buyer and sellers.
