Most CR's will be at a discount - though giving options as well would have been enough of a discount for a company like IMU.
Strategically, I suppose, the options are a future source of funds for IMU (I recall 33 cents is the strike price, but I could be mistaken.
If IMU is convinced that it has the potential of lifting the SP up substantially. then IMU can expect another wad of cash coming in when the options are exercised.
