KNI is being valued at ~12m fully diluted upon IPO, so minus 12m? Potentially even less as any costs with tenements etc ( I haven't looked into expenses relating to that) would not be incurred by Vulcan anymore.
Speculation wise I don't believe much material value has been assigned to the Scandinavian battery metals. I bought in at a market cap of about 40 mill and nobody was talking about anything other than the lithium resources even then.
I also have no experience with exploration mining co's so take this with a grain of salt.
