From section seven in the announcement: "The Company is required to satisfy certain ASX reinstatement conditions for reinstatement of the Company’s Securities to official quotation on the ASX (see Section 10.11 for details of the ASX reinstatement conditions). There is a risk that the Company may not be able to meet the ASX reinstatement conditions within the time period required by ASX. If Invigor is not reinstated by 28 February 2022, it will be removed from the official list of ASX at the commencement of trading on 1 March 2022 and the Company's Securities will be delisted. In that event it would be difficult to dispose of Shares in the Company."
