I don't like that management going allocate shears on "first in -first serve " base.
For me it's looks like a push and indication, that management not expecting bright start for this spin-off.
Also I participate in a few gold related IPO recently, most of them not performed as good as was expected.
So I'm not going participate in proposed IPO, and my predication that it will significant-price drop even upon first opening.
