My understanding is that after many documents lodged then many requests for further info we are close to the SEM recommending to the listing committee for approval.
The whole process has taken a long time, the reason is we are trail blazers they haven’t ever done this and they want this to succeed as Mauritius exchange is growing as Africa’s main exchange.
They expect about 30 mil raised then another 10 to 15 mil from private equity once SEM is done
The interesting point here we will be the first graphite company. Others like MNS and Wkt have along way to go
