There are people on here that continually attack the BoD and TM for taking salaries without producing any results. There is never any mention of the time and effort that is put into trying to make this company a leader in the world of graphite.

It is a fair question to ask why it is taking so long but has anyone bothered to look into the complicity of dealing with some African nations. As people on HC love to roll out, DYOR. There are many reports out there detailing what is "required" to get deals over the line. Some business fall into the trap of giving in and "selling their soul to the devil" but that only makes things worse when they try to get to the next step in the process.

Others go down the path of keeping things legitimate and in that case, many road blocks are put in the way hoping to break the back of those that have integrity and hold business principles to the fore.

Rather than listening to and agreeing with the naysayers and down rampers, everyone do some research so a better understanding of the pitfalls of doing business on the African continent is appreciated.

Pay the "required" price and things can happen quickly but at a further cost down the line. Stand tall and hold your principles, you can be made to wait.... and wait.... and wait.

Don't judge others rectitude without knowing the real story or the facts behind what is actually taking place. It is easy to cast stones and poke at others by listening to innuendo. Give those that are trying to make this venture a successful one, more credit. Reputations are built on their ability to get projects over the line and future employment is at risk here.

It could be said this was never a given but an untold amount ot sweat, effort and time has been put into it. If you dont like it, bail. Take what you can and claim the loss. On the other hand, keep the faith and provide the support those that that are leading the charge need and deserve.
