Well, with VRC's sp holding at 1.0c shareholders have every right to be disappointed or angry or nervous about that sp, and where the company is going!

I had thought, that once the capital raising shares had come onto the market, then VRC's sp might begin to head back to the 2.0c level again, wrong!

It is not an easy time for Graphite stocks, and trying to raise capital is proving very difficult for most of the small cap Graphite stocks. Syrah has fallen from $6.50 a couple of years ago to 51c today. Whilst it has $60m in the bank, it has reported that the demand for its Graphite has fallen and so has the current price for Graphite ore. This drop, in demand and price, may make it more difficult for VRC to attract investors and buyers of its Bonds, if they come onto the market?

The so-called huge demand for Graphite by the car makers has not surfaced yet. Tesla is seriously looking at batteries that store energy in capacitors, in fact it bought out a company that was involved in this.

The listing of the Bond issue in Tanzania or Mauritius or both, is very important for VRC. Hopefully it will soon be known if the Bonds will list on the SEM, stock exchange of Mauritius. Then there has to be investors who want to buy the Bonds. A successful listing and the raising of the $40m will be great news for stock holders.

Hopefully it will happen and the sooner the better!
