The announcement regarding the lodgement stated "Volt expects the time frame for a prospectus to be approved by the SEM (which is the sole regulator) is approximately 4 weeks".

If after a few weeks, extra documentation was requested, we can draw from that that the governing body took a few weeks to get to the point of realizing they needed more documentation. It may well take that long or longer again (plus the time for VRC to collate and send the documentation) to get the conclusion from the governing body.

I feel the share price might go up a few pips but I don't see this as a big rise with approval. Fulfilling the 40 million and then digging dirt on the greenfild site and then final mine shakedown and start will be bigger land marks.
