Keep in mind that any options that are exercised before the record date increases the soi therefore decreasing the amount of shares distributed to each holder.
On the plus side if there is a rush to exercise options it is more money in the bank for exploration for DDD
The other concern is fully diluted we will have close to 4 billion shares..
We need to find gold!
+ We need to start producing cash we cannot raise more funds through capital raising without consolidation.
Very high risk operation.. but with careful planning and ALOT of luck the rewards will be substantial.
